We are only affiliated with our stockist, RAHÉL (based in Trivandrum, Kerala https://www.instagram.com/rahel.travancore ), our official Faceboook account (https://www.facebook.com/keyah.label) and Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/keyah_label). 
• KEYAH® owes no liability if the purchases are made on other fraudulent websites, unauthorised stores, other social media platforms misusing our images.
• Any unauthorised usage resulting in violation of our copyrights and IP rights is prohibited and may lead to appropriate legal action.

2. PURCHASE TERMS

On making payment, you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these, you must not order any product(s) through us.

   A. PAYMENT

• You agree to the price of the products posted on the website.
• You have read, understood and agreed to the product(s)       
   specifications, descriptions, dispatch timeline on each of the product
   pages, that you are interested in purchasing. 
• Shipping timeline cannot be expedited from what is mentioned on the product link, once the order is placed online, as they require a certain amount of time to be processed. 
• Full payment of the product(s) is payable by you during checkout.
• Once the purchase is completed, it is considered final. There will be no exchange, no refund, no return at any point after purchase.
• We reserve the right to not accept your order in the event for
   example, where a product is out of stock or due to shipping constraints
   or pricing errors or we have not received an authorisation for the payment.

   B. COLOURS
While we try to make sure that the colours of the products are displayed as accurately as possible on the site, the actual colours that you see on your electronic devices may vary depending on the monitor, lighting etc. Therefore, KEYAH® cannot accept any responsibility due to this.

   C. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

• Our products are mostly made on an order basis. No 2 products will look the same as they are handcrafted. Any such imperfections or irregularities underline the crafted nature of our products. 
• We aim to provide only the highest quality products to you. However, if the product(s) does not meet the buyer’s requirements, KEYAH® undertakes no responsibility and/or that product(s)will be fit for any particular purpose for which the buyer may be buying the product(s).
• You agree to pay the purchase price of the products as posted on our website. The pricing is subject to our pricing policy and the prices shall be determined only at our sole discretion.
• Prices and availability is subject to change without any prior notice. In an event if the product is priced incorrectly, KEYAH® reserves the right to cancel the purchase of the product.

  D. ORDERS AND CANCELLATION

• ORDERS AND CANCELLATION BY US
  We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel orders placed through our website. The cancellation of an order by us could be from site errors like incorrect pricing, incorrect product description, a product being out of stock. The amount will be refunded to the buyer’s account within 7-10 days, depending on the processing times by the respective banks. Please note that we have no control over the bank processing times. We have the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The buyer may not dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

•  ORDERS AND CANCELLATION BY YOU
   Orders once placed by the buyer, cannot be cancelled. No refund, no exchange, no credit note, no gift cards etc will be provided.
  All purchases made are final.
