SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free within India (except under a few circumstances mentioned below). Delivery takes about 5-6 working days to reach, from the date of dispatch. The shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the volumetric weight, volumetric size of the package charged by the respective country. International shipping charges will be shared upon enquiry.

TAXES AND DUTIES

We ship international orders on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid), where the price is exclusive of all import duties. Additional taxes/import duties/custom charges/ local sales tax (if any) levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the buyer, in order to release your order from customs on arrival. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Please note that the dispatch times may vary depending on the availability of the product(s) and the time taken by the courier service and/ or at custom clearance. 

KEYAH® will not be responsible for any damages, delays or loss during shipping.

NON AVAILABILITY DURING DELIVERY 

Please note that deliveries can be affected in the following circumstances leading to return of the shipment:

•   Incomplete payment
•   Incorrect address and phone number
•   Absence of the addressee at the given address

Change of address is not possible once the order has been shipped. Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted by the courier service before the shipment is returned to us. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. 
Orders shipped and returned due to non availability of the addressee are not eligible of any refunds, credit notes, exchanges etc. There will be additional shipping fee if it is returned to us and the order has to be shipped to a new address instead.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

If you require express shipping, please write to info@keyahlabel.com with the subject: EXPRESS SHIPPING, to inquire about the additional charges to your city. This is applicable only for shipping within India.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Every single piece produced by us goes through stringent QC checks and packed with outmost care to ensure that our product(s) is in its best quality before shipment.
Once an order is placed, we do not offer any refund, cancellations, exchange due to the time and labor that goes into making each product. ALL PURCHASES THEREFORE MADE ARE FINAL.
If the product(s) is returned to us, we shall owe no liability for any refunds, exchanges.

Refunds are only processed based on site errors (please refer to Section D in Terms and Conditions), fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
